Main responsibility of the Project Engineer is handling of project implementation management.Requirements:
• Attend site visits with Clients for site measurements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ) based on approved schedule rates for Clients and Sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Sub-contractors to finalize pricing and define scopes of work.
• Prepare and present hiring recommendations for contractors and suppliers to management.
• Develop work programs and monitor physical and financial progress.
• Manage Sub-contractors and suppliers during site execution to ensure adherence to planned schedules.
• Liaise with local authorities such as PBT and Bomba for permit approvals.
• Coordinate with TNB, ST, LLM, PLUS, and other relevant authorities for smooth project execution.
• Compile project documentation, including drawings and certifications.
• Prepare progress claims for Clients and process claims from Sub-contractors and suppliers.
Minimum Academic Qualification & Experience:
• Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2-3 years working in related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical background and understanding construction process.
• Familiar with Authority (Majlis, Bomba, LLM and Highway Concession).
• Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software, MS Word and Excell.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
PROCUREMENT CLERK
Responsibilities Summary:• Data entry of all final information into RPS system.
• To prepare Purchase Order (PO) for TSG.
• To coordinate and monitor PO for cancellation, revision and signatory.
• To ensure submission of signed PO and monitor acceptance by vendors.
• To ensure filing, labelling and indexing of all issued and signed PO.
• To prepare monthly PO issued listing with savings and other reports as required.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOS and HOD.
Minimum Academic Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum SPM or certificate or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Executive, Material Management & Logistic
Responsibilities :• Communicating with suppliers, customers, forwarding agent and vendors by email or phone to coordinate equipment needs and schedule shipments for import/export of material or finished goods.
• Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules.
• To arrange transport for delivery of Finished Goods to customers or material requested by Project Team.
• Monitoring inventory levels using TSG RPS software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.
• To conduct and reconcile monthly (A items) and quarterly stock records (B & C items).
• Preparing MOP for purchase of material and service related to warehouse & logistic operations.
• Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the TSG safety standard.
• Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity.
• Monitoring tracking of SF6 Gas cylinder movement and returned to supplier.
• Preparing of packing list and DO's to customers.
• Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.
• Ensure compliance ISO9001:2008, ISO14001, ISO45001 documentation and practice.
• Ensure compliance with the safety and environment aspect
Minimum Academic Qualification & Experience:
• Degree or Diploma/Certificate in related disciplines with at least 2-3 years working in in warehouse and handling logistic in import & export.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software, MS Word and Excel
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:• Organize, maintain, and control all project and company documents, both electronic and hard copy.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems.
• Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Track document approvals and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare weekly report and follow up pending approval documents to Internal and Client.
• Monitor document lifecycles and ensure proper archiving or disposal.
• Generate reports on document status and progress.
• Provide administrative support to project teams and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of document management systems.
• Knowledge in ISO Management System is an added advantage.
Minimum Academic Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma in any related field.
• Familiarity with document management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
